Notice: Before the year 2000, the years are said in "pairs":
"1913" is the same as "nineteen thirteen", NOT "one thousand nine-hundred and thirteen.". Nota: Antes del año 2000, los años se dicen en "pares":
"1913" es igual a "nineteen thirteen", NO "one thousand nine-hundred and thirteen".
Notice: From 2001 to 2009 the years are said with the word "thousand":
"2001" => "two thousand and one", NOT "twenty-one". This is confusing (i.e. is it "21" or "2001"?) Nota: Desde 2001 a 2009 los años se dicen con la palabra "thousand".
