However, short periods of stress can actually out the best in you. It can create a feeling of excitement, and can also creativity. A week of successfully working a tight deadline with your colleagues helps make you feel part of the team, one of the guys. It can be a great motivator.
When you’re feeling the pressure and you’re under the workload though, stress can seriously affect health causing problems such as anxiety, depression, heart problems, back pain, headaches or even worse, migraines. All of this leads to greater which is the last thing a money making organisation wishes to face.

of communication can also be a major cause of stress. This could be between individual employees or between and subordinates. Failure to communicate properly can cause conflict and do serious to companies.
Poor management is an obvious cause of stress. If the manager doesn’t lead his / her well, the ship is going to sink! The manager needs to be capable of defining objectives, of communicating the company’s needs to its workers and of giving the employees the to reach these goals.
So, what can you do if you find your work up, the boss breathing down your and stress pouring out of your ears? A few years ago the answer would have been to get on The Net and start looking for a new job, but that’s not really an option for most of us at this point in time, so the advice is to the best of a bad job.
First of all, identify what you can change, for example you are responsible for what you eat, so make sure you choose the healthy option. Don’t go for fast food, try to eat salads, and buy fruit to snack on. Get into by walking as much as you can even if it’s only taking the stairs instead of the lift.
Check and check what you have to do on each task with your boss. Try to get confirmation in writing of what you’ve been asked to do and with the time clearly stated so that what is required of you is communicated as clearly as possible.
Know yourself. If you get hungy in the afternoon make sure you’ve got a snack . If you’ve found yourself short of time on a project before then make sure you yourself better the next time.
, don’t forget a sense of humour and common sense are two things that cost nothing, but are priceless and are needed in every .
