"Go English" provides professional English Language Training to company clients, combining experienced staff and advanced IT solutions to ensure the highest quality standards.

  

Go English employs only experienced (3 years minimum), qualified (TEFL qualified teachers minimum) and effective (excellent people skills, business knowledge and flexibility required). To help excellent teachers achieve excellent results, Go English has developed clear guides to level, syllabus, course objectives and outcomes, as well as supporting classroom and testing materials, available to download from the Go English teachers’ resources: Go English Resources.

Teachers enjoy a high level of autonomy in setting course objectives and selecting materials to achieve their objectives. They are supported in this by a course co-ordinator who interfaces with the teacher and the client company and who is available to give advice when needed. Go-English has established highly effective internal communication through its website with simple and straightforward procedures, not too much and not too little.

The same approach benefits the client, who can download course objectives, monthly attendance, group reports and individual reports from the website.

Students have access to on-line study materials and the monthly Go English student magazine: Students' Magazine. This magazine gives students the chance to practise all their language skills: speaking, reading, writing and listening in an enjoyable and interesting way. Go teachers are encouraged to introduce the magazine into the classroom and promote it as a guide for finding enjoyable ways to practise their English outside the classroom. There’s also a section for beginners and pre-intermediate learners called starting out with lots of fun and easy ways to use English. Ultimately the magazine makes it easy for autonomous learners to find their way around the internet making use of great materials for practising English.

First established in Barcelona in 2001, "Go English" now also operates in Madrid and Valencia, using exactly the same principles. Classes are taught exclusively on-site at the client’s workplace. Oct. 19 update: Current Vacancy - Blended Learning Pedagogical Team Leader.
Go English is seeking a pedagogical team leader who will be responsible for the effective delivery of Face-to-Face & Blended Learning programmes. The successful applicant will have enthusiasm for developing Online, Distance and Blended Learning methodologies together with the Education Management Systems needed to run such programmes.
Essential experience required:

Teaching in the following areas:

Online.

Telephone.

Face-to-Face.

Blended programmes.

Working knowledge of Learner Management Systems (LMS).

Ability to support and train teachers using Online tools.

Proven record as a team leader.

Ability to take responsibility and motivate others.

Competent IT skills are essential. Advanced IT skills advantageous.

Excellent people skills

Working conditions: Full time post to include some teaching workload Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00.
Location: Barcelona based.
Remuneration: Commensurate with experience and is negotiable.

We depend on our teachers to deliver quality programmes and work with mature, qualified language trainers with at least 3 years of demonstrable experience and understand the needs of business clients. We supply all our teachers with coursebooks, CDs and access to materials on our online magazine. We have a DOS, and we regularly run teacher workshops.
Conditions of employment: Native speaking qualified freelance teachers with a min of 3 years’ experience.
