Vaughan Systems Vaughan English Agency seeks English teachers:

    Freelance Teacher in Madrid
    (earn 30,000 per annum).

Teachers are all self-employed and bill us at the end of the month for the hours they have taught. Teachers give in-company classes, spending their days on working premises, where they give classes in classrooms or meeting rooms. When you first start out, it’s very likely that you will be working in one office in the morning, another at lunch time and another in the evening, although many of our more experienced teachers work as “Implants”. An Implant works in one company from Monday to Thursday or Friday and frequently works 40 hours a week.

Pay: Our teachers on Option 1 work between 20 and 45 hours per week, with the average at around 30 hours. Our teachers bill us at the end of the month for the hours that they have taught, as external suppliers, and they don't work under contract. All of them are self-employed (as a "one-man company"), and cover their own Social Security. If a teacher works 40 hours a week they could earn in excess of 30,000 a year.
